Track and Field | May 24 Jean reaches 100M Hurdle final after breaking Big South recordGREENSBORO, N.C. – Charleston Southern sophomore Meme Jean broke the Big South Conference record in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.30 seconds on Friday at the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field East Regional. Jean advances to Saturday’s final in the event.Jean’s fastest time this year had been 13.32 at the Big South Conference Championships, which she bested by 02 seconds. She finished 14th in event to advance to the finals and will need to capture a spot in the top 12 on Saturday to earn a berth in the 2013 NCAA Championships in early June.  M.
