Spring Game Set For April 14March 19, 2007By CSU Sports Information CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Buccaneers concluded their first full week of spring practice by donning the pads for a workout on Saturday. They will conclude all of the spring practices with a spring game on Saturday, April 14, at 10 a.m. Immediately following the game, the CSU football team will host a BBQ and awards ceremony, and all fans are invited to attend. The cost for the meal will be $10 per person, and the proceeds will go to support the football team in their quest for a second Conference championship in three years. The most successful season in school history, the Bucs are coming off a 9-2 season, in which they earned the first-ever national ranking, and had the second-longest winning streak in the nation at 14 games. |
