CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston Southern Head Baseball Coach Jason Murray has announced two baseball camps to be held this fall, including one for high school students, and one for youth, ages 8-14.
The 2nd Annual Charleston Southern Baseball H.S. Prospect Camp will give players the opportunity to be instructed by the CSU Coaching Staff and provide an opportunity to be seen by our staff.
This camp is designed to allow high school prospects graduating in 2008 through 2011 the opportunity to participate in a college-style workout, complete with position drills, scrimmages, and game situations. The Charleston Southern Baseball staff will conduct this camp and evaluate players on their potential to play college baseball.
The Youth Baseball Camps will give players the opportunity to be instructed by the CSU Coaching Staff and provide an environment to improve on one’s baseball ability.
The camps are designed to allow all ages the opportunity to participate in baseball style workouts, complete with offensive drills, defensive drills, and throwing mechanics.
