Coggins To Speak at National ConferenceFebruary 21, 2008By CSU Sports Information
CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern Strength and Conditioning Coach Ken Coggins has been selected to speak at the national conference for the National Association of Speed and Explosion. The conference will be held over the summer in Marietta, Ohio, and features strength coaches from schools such as South Carolina, Virginia, Kansas and UCLA among others. NASE holds the conference each year and dedicates the weekend to speed improvements for sports competition, sharing what the coach and athlete can do. Coggins became the first-ever full-time strength and conditioning coach for the 2007-08 school year. |
