Scholar-Athletes Honored at Halftime

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston Southern took the chance to publically recognize all of the scholar-athletes at halftime of the CSU vs. Liberty men's basketball game, Feb. 18, 2008.

In addition to the recognition, Howard Vroon accepted the Most Improved Men's Team GPA award on behalf of his men's golf team, while Mike Wilson represented the women's golf team in accepting the Most Improved Women's Team GPA award, and the Highest Team GPA award.

To earn the distinction of a CSU Scholar-Athlete, an athlete must carry a 3.0 GPA or higher.
