The Bulldogs are on a five game winning streak. Their last loss came on March 11 at home against Furman University. The Bucs are entering the contest on two losses at Auburn University earlier in the week. Complete Game Notes Live Stats CSU holds the series advantage at 5-4, but haven’t met the Runnin’ Bulldogs for a game since 2006. In that contest, the Runnin’ Bulldogs took a 5-2 victory. The Bulldogs are lead by center fielder Brock Miller who is averaging .459, 28 hits, and 23 runs. Thirdbaseman Justin Loyd is close behind with .412, but leads the team with nine hits for extra bases, 21 RBI and 43 total bases. The third Bulldog on a hitting role, Daniel Cooke, is batting .407. He is second in runs with 21, and just behind Miller and Loyd with 24 hits. The Bucs are lead from the plate by senior shortstop Mark Perry with .381, while first baseman Nick Chinners is hitting .361. Freshman third baseman Patrick Dolan leads the team with 13 runs, while senior Kory Morian leads with 14 RBI. Air Force Game Schedule Announced The Bucs were forced to suspend game three against the Air Force Academy on Feb. 28 and cancel game four scheduled for March 1, due to severe weather in the area.
