The Buccaneers are coming in off an up-and-series against conference rival Gardner-Webb, where the Bucs took two of three games in Boiling Springs. The Bucs saw several home runs as Tyler Thornburg, Kory Morian, Patrick Dolan and Tom Burkett all hit homers in the series against the Bulldogs. Dolan joined the ranks of Burkett and Hunt to drop two over the fence in a single game this season. The Paladins enter the game after being swept by Elon by double digits in each game. The Paladins are 8-11 on the season and 3-6 on the road. Furman is batting .274 as a team, with third baseman Brian Harrison leading from the plate with .356, 26 hits, and 16 RBI. Short stop, Connor Lind leads with 18 runs for the Paladis while catcher Matt Hemingway is second with 12 runs and 13 RBI.
