Baseball Hosts Building Buccaneer Golf Tournament, Alumni Game

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Charleston Southern baseball team will host the third annual Building Buccaneer Baseball golf tournament on Friday, November 6, starting at 11:30 a.m.

The tournament will have an 11:30 a.m. shotgun start at Oak Point Kiawah Island Golf Resort. It will be a four-man captain's choice tournament, with an entry fee of $100 per participant. Lunch and dinner will be provided, along with trophies, door prizes, a putting contest, and more.

There will also be an Alumni Game the following day (Nov. 7), with registration beginning at 10 a.m. and batting practice starting at 11 a.m. at CSU Ballpark.

The campaign is designed to raise additional funds to improve the baseball facilities. The Building Buccaneer Baseball campaign is designed to raise necessary funds to enhance existing baseball facilities, thereby improving the overall quality and effectiveness of practice and competition. The team is looking to add a new locker room with a players lounge, laundry facility, scoreboard and stadium lights.
