Thornburg featured on AOL Fanhouse

CHARLESTON, S.C. - National recognition continues to pour in for Charleston Southern pitcher Tyler Thornburg on the heels of his complete game victory over #6 Florida on March 14. On Friday, the junior from Atlanta, Ga., was the subject of a feature story on AOL Fanhouse, one of the nation's leading sports websites.

Thornburg was named Big South Conference Pitcher of the Week following his performance, and he was also part of the College Baseball Foundation's weekly "National All-Star Line-up".

The Buccaneers battle another top-10 opponent, #8 Coastal Carolina, this weekend at CSU Ballpark. Thornburg will take the mound again on Sunday, with first pitch scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
