CSU Baseball to Host Annual Building Buccaneer Baseball Golf TournamentOctober 13, 2010CHARLESTON, S.C. – Head Coach Stuart Lake and the Buccaneer baseball team will host the Fourth Annual Building Buccaneer Baseball Golf Tournament on Friday, November 5, at the Oak Point Country Club on Kiawah Island, S.C. The Building Buccaneer Baseball campaign was created to raise money for the CSU baseball program, with this year’s tournament proceeds going to facility improvements. The team’s current goals are to finance new locker room facilities, including a player lounge, and stadium lighting to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of practice and competition. The cost of the tournament is $100 per player, which will cover course fees as well as lunch and dinner. Awards will be given to top finishers and will be presented to winners of the Longest Drive and Closest to the Hole contest. A silent auction will also be held.
