CSU vs. PC Game Notes AvailableNovember 9, 2010By CSU Sports Information CHARLESTON, S.C. – Game notes for Saturday’s football game between Charleston Southern University and Presbyterian College are now available for media use. The Buccaneers and Blue Hose will face off Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Buccaneer Field in Charleston, S.C. It is the final home game of the season for CSU and the team will honor its 2010 senior class, as well as host the 2005 Big South Championship football team for the five year reunion. Charleston Southern holds a four-game winning streak over the Blue Hose of Presbyterian, but is looking for its first Big South win of the season. The Bucs put up 21 points against SEC opponent Kentucky last week, and tied the game 14-14 with 7:40 left in the first half. In a matter of 4:17 at the end of the first half and start of the second half, Kentucky put up three touchdowns to take a 35-14 lead and the Bucs could not recover. Presbyterian has lost two straight games entering this weekend, having played Big South leaders Liberty and Stony Brook in back-to-back weeks. The lone Big South victory this year for the Blue Hose came on the road against Gardner-Webb on October 23. PC had just 176 yards of total offense and scored a touchdown late against Stony Brook last weekend, falling 37-7 at home. The PC defense gave up 508 yards to the Seawolves in the loss. Saturday's game can be heard on WQNT 1450 AM in the Charleston area and live audio will also be provided online through Teamline.
