Atkinson, Paglia, Stevenson and Walton Selected for FCS Senior Scout Bowl

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Four Charleston Southern Buccaneers have been selected to play in the 2010 FCS Senior Scout Bowl this Saturday, December 11 in Middletown, N.Y.

The all-star game will kick off from Faller Field at 2 p.m. and will be nationally televised by Fox College Sports Television, which is available on DirecTV channel 617 as well as local cable systems on the Fox College Sports Network (FCS) (Comcast-262, Knology-190, Time Warner-235).

Charleston Southern will have four representatives on the South roster, including wide receiver and kick returner Gerald Stevenson and tight end Josh Atkinson on the offense, defensive lineman Joel Walton on the defense, and John Paglia as one of the kickers in the contest.

All of the participants in the game travelled up to New York on Wednesday and will take part in combine drills as well as multiple practices and work outs for the scouts in attendance before taking the field on Saturday.
