Bucs to Take on Flames at 1:30 p.m. in BSC Semifinals

HIGH POINT, N.C. – With yesterday’s 57-53 quarterfinal win over Campbell, the Charleston Southern Buccaneers will face the top-ranked Liberty Flames in the Big South Conference Tournament Semifinals.  Tipoff is set for today at 1:30 p.m.

The game will be broadcast on both ESPN3 (ESPN3.com) and SportSouth.

The 2012 season marks CSU’s first semifinal match up since 2002, when the coincidentally also faced top-ranked Liberty as a fifth seed.  The Flames earned a 54-41 victory in that match up.    The two teams have faced each other four previous times in the BSC tournament, with three of those match ups coming in semifinal games.
