Lady Bucs Wrap Up Competition at Florida RelaysApril 7, 2012by CSU Sports Information GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The CSU women’s track & field team finished out its time at the 68th Annual Pepsi Florida Relays on Saturday with more strong showings against top-caliber competition. The event was hosted by the University of Florida in Gainesville. The 4 x 100 meter relay squad of Jasmine King, Gabrielle Houston, Brittney Greer and Mulern Jean took 30th place with a time of 46.53 in a very competitive field. King, Greer and Houston then teamed up with Rashida Dooling to take 22nd place in the 4 x 200 meter relay, crossing the line in 1:41.02 to take second in their flight. Tamisha Foster had a solid performance in the triple jump, taking 17th place with a jump of 11.91 meters in the team’s lone solo performance of the day. The Lady Bucs will now prep for the 2012 Big South Conference Outdoor Championships, hosted by Coastal Carolina in Conway, S.C., April 19-21.
