CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston Southern Head Women’s Basketball Coach Fred Applin will be one of the featured coaches at the 2012 Kay Yow Cancer Fund Coaches’ Clinic, held on Sunday, September 9th at TD Arena on the campus of College of Charleston.
Several of the nation’s top collegiate coaches and personal trainers will present classroom and on-court sessions, including Nikki Caldwell (LSU) – Mental Preparedness, Amanda Butler (Florida) - Practice Organization, Fred Applin (Charleston Southern) - Shooting Drills, Jackie Ansley (Performance Training) - Preseason Training and Conditioning Program, and Natasha Adair (College of Charleston) - Defensive Philosophy. Les Robinson, retiring Director of Athletics from The Citadel, former AD at NC State, and former coach at The Citadel and NC State, will serve as the emcee for the clinic and lead a Q&A session.
Clinic registration is $50 (individual) / $175 (staff of four) and includes clinic sessions, clinic materials, participant gift and networking reception.
