Kelleher joins the CSU Softball staff for the 2013 season after a standout career with the Lady Bucs softball team. She joins head coach Shane Winkler's staff as a graduate assistant. 2012: Finished season as team-leader in batting (.308), while finishing second in on-base percentage (.433)…ranked 8th in the Big South in walks (27) and 7th in OBP (.433)…raked at a team-high .317 clip in conference play while leading team with .438 OBP and tying for lead with two doubles…smacked a three-run triple as CSU earned a doubleheader sweep over Furman on 2/11…went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in loss to Longwood on 3/16… came up with four consecutive two-hit outings from 4/5-4/13 and scored 2 runs in two of those contests…lined walk-off RBI single into right-center field as CSU rallied for dramatic 4-3 victory over Radford on Senior Day on 5/6…went 1-for-1 with a RBI single, a run scored, and a sacrifice bunt in 14-3 romp of Liberty to open Big South Tournament on 5/10…smacked a long two-run homer in CSU’s 5-2 win over Coastal Carolina to earn berth in Big South Tourney Semifinals on 5/11…cracked a long home run over center field fence to give CSU a 1-0 lead in 1st inning of nationally televised Big South Tournament Championship Game on 5/13 versus Coastal Carolina…finished Big South Tournament 6-for-11 (.545) with both of her home runs for the season, four runs scored, and 5 RBI as CSU made it to title game for first time since 1988. 2011: Played in 57 games, earning 52 starts at first base and one at DP… batted .210 (29-for-138) with seven doubles, two home runs, 27 runs scored and 14 RBI… led team with 30 walks, good for second in the Big South, and was third in the Conference with 10 sac bunts… hit by pitch five times… team leader with 349 putouts… opened season with hits in first three games, including 2-for-4, two-run performance vs. Winthrop… scored multiple runs seven times, including three runs at Stetson Feb. 27… went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI Feb. 22 at College of Charleston, and also stroked two doubles vs. Georgetown March 9… hit two-run home run April 23 vs. Gardner-Webb, and added solo shot in Big South Tournament against Radford… posted six multiple-hit games… walked three times vs. Presbyterian April 1. 2010: Competed in all 59 games during season, starting 53 times (49-DH, 2-RF, 2-1B) during season… one of four players to appear in all of team’s games… named to Big South All-Conference Second Team at designated player… batted .273 with four doubles, two home runs and 13 RBI… second on team with 19 walks and three sacrifice hits, and scored 23 runs… turned it on during Big South schedule, hitting .340 with a .404 OBP in conference play… registered multiple hits on nine occasions and added one 2-RBI game… hit in four straight games, from March 27 at Radford through March 31 at Coastal Carolina… went 2-for-3 in back-to-back games April 14-16, homering vs. Coastal Carolina… slugged first home run of career March 28 at Radford… batted 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored April 25 at Gardner-Webb… scored a run in each of last two games at Big South Tournament. 2009: Pitched in eight games and started one for the Bucs in her freshman campaign… stepped in the circle for 25.2 innings, tallying 12 strikeouts… played in 42 games and started in 21 as a designated player and pinch hitter… recorded a .277 batting average and a .338 slugging percentage… tallied 18 hits, four doubles and four RBIs in 65 at bats… had four multihit games on the season… had two hits and a double in just her fourth collegiate game vs. Georgia Southern on Feb. 20… also went 2-2 against Presbyterian College on Mar. 28. High School: Four-year varsity starter and team captain in her senior year at Bishop Ireton under coach Dave Langley… batted .455 for high school career and .508 in senior year… pitched three no-hitters and one perfect game… set school record of 17 strikeouts in one game… two time 1st Team All-State selection… three time 1st Team All-Conference selection… Alexandria Sportsman’s Club Softball Player of the Year her senior season… Bishop Ireton Booster Club 2008 Leadership Scholarship Award… Bishop Ireton 2008 MVP... named Honorable Mention All-Met by the Washington Post.
