2011: Started all 19 matches at midfielder, and finished the year with 19 shots on a goal, a goal, an assist and three total points…Scored a goal and had two shots and two points in the Bucs’ 4-0 shutout of USC Upstate on Sept. 4…Had an assist in CSU’s hard-fought 2-1 win over Big South rival VMI on Oct. 6…Also put two shots on net in matches versus The Citadel, Radford, Presbyterian and Coastal Carolina. 2010: Was hampered by injury due to lingering effects of concussion… Played in 13 games with two starts… Scored two goals and recorded two assists for a total of six points on the season… Had a goal in consecutive games… Was a part of double assist on the game winning goal in overtime to defeat Navy in the Navy invitational tournament.
2009: Hollstegge played in 15 games and made four starts in her rookie campaign...helped the Buccaneers finish with a 4-0 mark when she started...scored two goals and recorded three assists for seven points on the season...took 16 shots with nine going on frame, taking a career-high six shots against Alabama State (Aug. 28)...also had a career-high three points against Alabama State, scoring her first collegiate goal and picking up her first collegiate assist...scored an insurance goal against VMI (Oct. 12)... picked up assists against Richmond (Sept. 4) and Newberry (Sept. 19)...tied for first in the Big South in assists by freshmen...named to the Big South Conference All-Freshman Team.
High School: Team was a state semi-finalist senior year...Led the team in scoring and was voted team MVP in 2007...played volleyball freshman year and was named freshman captain, voted MVP and led the team in scoring...outside of her high school play, Hollstegge played competitive club soccer...in 2007 she recorded 11 goals and 21 assists to help lead her team as the undefeated league champions...notched 12 goals and 20 assists during the 2008 campaign.
