2010: Appeared in a total of four sets as a sophomore, collecting six kills and three digs… missed majority of season due to combination of illness and injury… posted a .267 hitting percentage… registered season-high five kills Aug. 28 vs. Delaware State, and totaled three digs against South Alabama Sept. 18.

2009: Played in 29 sets and appeared in 18 matches in her first year as a Buccaneer… managed 21 kills and 46 digs in limited playing time… led the team in service aces per set with 0.38, after sending down 11 on the season… had a career high six kills to go along with seven digs at. South Carolina State on September 19… had a career best 10 digs in the final game of the regular season, vs. Liberty on November 20.

High School: Johnston boasted strong performances in the classroom and on the court St. Charles North High School in St. Charles, Illinois... she was an honor roll student, while also participating in four sports including swimming, soccer, basketball and volleyball.
