Radford earned the No. 1 seed in next week's Big South Baseball Championship and won the outright regular season title. The Highlanders finished 20-4 in conference play in 2015, placing three games ahead of second-place Coastal Carolina. The Chanticleers are the No. 2 seed behind a 17-7 conference record.

Winthrop (16-8) is the No. 3 seed while Liberty (16-8) is No. 4, High Point (14-10) is the No. 5 seed and Campbell (12-12) is No. 6. Charleston Southern (10-14) earned the No. 7 seed and Longwood (9-15) is the No. 8 seed. Gardner-Webb (7-17), Presbyterian (6-18) and UNC Asheville (5-19) did not qualify for the tournament.

Winthrop and Liberty each finished 16-8 in conference play and the Eagles earned the No. 3 seed based on a tiebreaker. WU and LU did not play head to head this season, so the tiebreaker moved to win-loss record against conference opponents occupying the highest position in the final regular season standings. Winthrop and Liberty each lost a series to No. 1 Radford, No. 2 Coastal and No. 5 High Point by a final of two games to one. The No. 6-seeded Camels did not face Winthrop this season, so the tiebreaker advanced to record against the seventh-seeded Buccaneers. The Eagles and Flames each swept CSU in a three-game series. WU earned the No. 3 seed based on their series sweep of No. 8 Longwood. LU was defeated by the Lancers in one game of their series.
