The Central, S.C. native led the Bucs in the season opener against Florida with eight tackles and a tackle for loss. Solomon Brown is a redshirt senior who has been a defensive leader on the Blue Swarm since his freshman year.

After almost two weeks without facing an opponent, the Bucs will host the home opener this Saturday at 6 p.m. against Elon. Fans can watch live on ESPN+. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.
