Weekend Preview
In the outdoor season opener, the Bucs hosted the Jim Settle Spring Break Invitational. Joshua Paramore was named Big South Track Athlete of the Week as he turned in a poduim finish in the 100m with a wind-aided 10.46 to take third. He also ran a 21.57 wind-aided 200m to place fourth in that event.

Vincent Johnson looks to continuing building off his success in the indoor season with a title in the 110m hurdles. The Bucs performed well in the hurdle events last week with Terik Johnson also finishing second in the 400m hurdles.

Timothy Davis got off to a good start in the jumps with a podium finish in each of the two jump events. His winning triple jump mark of 14.78m was a new outdoor best for the junior.

Clarence Moss continues to improve in the throws after setting a new personal best in the discus with a 47.50m throw last weekend.

The distance team was represented by freshman Benjamin Eddy, who in his collegiate 5K debut, took home second place.
