CHARLESTON, S.C. - This weekend's softball schedule has been shifted around the cold front expected in Radford, Va., this weekend as Charleston Southern will now take on Radford in a single game on Saturday afternoon with first pitch at 1 p.m. and a doubleheader starting at 11 a.m. on Sunday morning.
Saturday's game will be streamed live on ESPN3 with Mike Gleason and Nate Ross calling the Big South softball action, while Sunday's doubleheader will be streamed live via the Big South Network.
In their action this past weekend, Charleston Southern took two of three from Gardner-Webb to open up the 2015 conference slate at the CSU Softball Field. Amanda Matsumoto led the Bucs at the plate hitting .600 on the weekend with five runs scored, while Cheyenne Gandara continued her dominant run inside the circle with 17 strikeouts.
