SIGNING DAY CENTRAL: Terrill announces 2018 signing class

CHARLESTON, S.C. Charleston Southern head women's soccer coach Eric Terrill announced his recruiting class on Thursday evening. Twelve players signed to enroll at CSU and join the Buccaneers roster for the 2018 season.

Anna Thompson, Dakota Fiedler, Danielle Maggio, Erin Rush, Grace Gompers, Madelyne Reilly, Mason Pinkerton, Riley Rumbley, Emily Kifer, Isabelle Mathews, Katie Wysong, and Madison Scott comprise the signing class for the Buccaneers.

Head Coach Eric Terrill looks forward to what the class will bring to the pitch in the fall.

"With the way recruiting is right now, you have a two-year span where you're recruiting kids and they commit, so signing day is definitely an exciting time," Terrill said. "We've been excited about these players for some time now. We have a lot of kids we're bringing in this year that we feel are good players."

He continued, "This class has a lot of different elements. We're hitting pretty much every position on the field. We've got some really good returners coming back and the level of competition we'll see out there in the fall will be exciting. This class is going to be athletic and play at a good pace. We have some good soccer players with high soccer IQs that have high-level experience and have played at the top club levels."
