  • Won 4 singles matches in straight sets
  • Posted three-set wins over Presbyterian, Campbell, Radford, Elon, and Presbyterian at the Big South Quarterfinals  

2017

  • February 15 Big South Tennis Player of the Week
  • Boasted the longest singles winning streak in the conference to start the season, winning her first 13 matches before falling on April 8 against Winthrop
  • Finished the season with a 15-4 record in singles play primarily at the No. 4 position
  • Went 11-4 at the No. 4 position, 3-0 at the No. 3 spot, and 1-0 at the No. 5 spot
  • Teamed up with Yana Morar to go 8-3 in doubles at the No. 3 position, 4-2 in Big South play
  • Teamed up with Femcke van Rensburg to go 5-2 in doubles at the No. 3 position, 2-0 in conference play
  • Won 11 singles matches in straight sets
  • Posted three-set wins over Wofford, Gardner-Webb, Buffalo, and Emory

2016

  • Finished the season with a 12-7 overall record in singles play
  • Went 6-3 overall in Big South Conference singles play
  • Went 1-3 in singles play on court no. 4
  • Went 11-4 in singles play on court no. 5
  • Went 6-11 overall in doubles play
  • Teamed up with Brianna Thompson to go 4-4 in doubles play
  • Teamed up with Gabriela Srodowski to go 1-4 in doubles play
  • Teamed up with Annika Wagner to go 1-2 in doubles play
  • Won 10 singles matches in straight sets

High School: Koerner joined the Buccaneers by way of Wedel, Germany and Wirtschaftsgymnasium H19 where she lined up as the #1 player on the squad. She also served as a tennis coach at the high school. Koerner also played on the TC RW Walstedt club team under Coach Ralf Wollgast.

Off the court, she also played on the swimming and badminton teams.
