Inman's School Record Highlights Florida Relays

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston Southern competed against a challenging field this weekend at the Florida Relays. The strong competition seemed to help some of the Bucs as many achieved some of their best times and marks.

Notable Finishes


Caroline Edmondson ran the 400m hurdles in 1:01.72 to place 26th. Lauryn James turned in her best non-wind-aided time in the 200m with a 24.48 finish. Eden Senior also ran a personal best, finishing the 400m hurdles in 1:03.75


Milan Williams threw her personal best in the hammer throw with her best mark measuring in at 56.31m.


Caroline Inman broke the school's 5K record with a 17:18.40 time that earned her a ninth place finish. The freshman ran over a minute faster than her previous personal best.

The Bucs will take a weekend off before splitting the team between the Charlotte Invitational and the NC A&T Aggie Invitational on April 12-13.
