Ben Hart joined the Buccaneers in 2025 as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning.
Hart arrives at CSU after his role as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Georgia State Univeristy. In this role, he worked alongside the Football program where he prepared workouts for both tight end and specialist positions.Â
He has also completed Strength and Conditioning Internships at the University of Georgia and University of Kansas, where he worked closely with the Football program. As well as Barton College where he worked with Men's and Women's Volleyball, Men's and Women's Soccer, Softball, and Baseball.
He graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2017 where he majored in Sports Business, and earned a double minor in Coaching and French. He then went on to get his Master's of Science in Kinesiology from Barton College in 2023.Â
