Thomas McNeil

Thomas McNeil, from Marietta, Georgia, joined Charleston Southern University in 2026 after five seasons with the University of Georgia football program. He was hired as a Volunteer Equipment Manager in 2021, then as an Equipment Student Manager for the 2022–23 seasons, and finally as an Offensive Student Assistant in 2024–25, primarily working with the offensive line. During his time with the University of Georgia, McNeil contributed to the development of NFL-caliber players, including Tate Ratledge (2nd Round, 2025), Dylan Fairchild (2nd Round, 2025), Jared Wilson (3rd Round, 2025), Xavier Truss (2025 UDFA), and future NFL prospects Monroe Freeling and Micah Morris.

McNeil worked under respected offensive line coaches Stacy Searels, Phil Rauscher, Manrey Saint-Amour, and Eddie Gordon, and worked closely with highly respected offensive coaches, including Mike Bobo, James Coley, and Todd Monken. He was part of a highly successful period for the University of Georgia program, contributing to the 2022 National Championship and SEC titles in 2022, 2024, and 2025. McNeil graduated from the University of Georgia in December 2025 and is also an Eagle Scout.
