Charleston Southern
- The Bucs (2-5) are coming off a 71-58 road loss to the Furman Paladins last Saturday; a game in which they were outscored 29-11 in the first quarter. In the final three quarters, the Bucs outscored the Paladins 47-42.
- Jazmine Jackson led all scorers with 15 points off the bench. Madison Adamson was the leading rebounder, collecting six on the night while contributing eight points in a season-high 33 minutes.
- The bench continues to shine for Clarisse Garcia's team this season. Against Furman, they accounted for 27 of the team's 58 points.
- Turnovers have been a problem for the Bucs all season long; however, against the Paladins, they were to take care of the ball better, as they only gave the ball away 14 times.Â
- Catherine Alben has had a monster freshman season for Charleston Southern this season. She is the team's leading scorer (10.3 ppg) and rebounder (5.6 rpb)
- Clemson is the second ACC team that the Bucs will face this season, as they faced Duke back on November 10th. They are the second of three power-five opponents that CSU will face. They go to Columbia, S.C. to take on the top-ranked Gamecocks on December 18th.
