RADFORD, VA - The Charleston Southern tennis team continued a couple of streaks against the Radford Highlanders on Sunday. They won their 10
th match in a row this season with a 7-0 win. This was also the 18
th win in a row against the Highlanders (1-12, 0-3 in conference).
In doubles, the Bucs (12-5, 3-0 in conference) cruised to victory, winning two of the three matches. The team of

Tiffany Pyritz were the first to finish with a 6-1 victory. That was followed by
Noa Boyd and
Amila Jusufbegovic taking away a 6-4 victory.
Once again, the Bucs swept their way to victory in singles, starting
Khyanna Singh winning in two sets with 6-1 and 6-2 victory. Boyd followed that up winning her fifth match in a row with a 6-0 and 6-2 score.
The success continued for the Bucs, who swept every match in singles. Cauthen was the third to finish, cruising to a 6-1 and 6-2 victory. After that,
Luiza Fullana took home her seventh win in a row by a score of 6-0 and 6-2.
Finally,
Kassandra Di Staulo continued her undefeated season, winning her 11
th straight in singles competition. The first one was close at 7-5, but she cruised in round two, winning 6-1.
Lastly,
Marina Skegro completed the shutout with a 6-4 and 7-5 victory. This was the fourth shutout for the Bucs this season and their second 7-0 win in a row.
Next Up
It will be a quick turnaround for the Bucs, who will stay in Virginia for another day. This time, they travel to Farmville to take on Longwood tomorrow at 10 a.m.
