GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Charleston Southern women's basketball team dropped a 91-62 decision to East Carolina at Williams Arena Tuesday night.

The Buccaneers jumped out to an early 17-13 lead after the first quarter, connecting on four three-pointers in the opening frame. However, the Pirates responded with a dominant second quarter, outscoring CSU 32-8 to seize control. Despite the strong start, the Bucs were unable to recover as ECU's depth and transition play carried them to the win.
