ATLANTA, Ga. – The Charleston Southern women's basketball team continues its early-season road swing Thursday night, traveling to Atlanta to take on Georgia Tech inside McCamish Pavilion. Tipoff between the Buccaneers and the Yellow Jackets is set for 7:00 p.m. and will stream live on ACC Network Extra.
 
The Bucs are coming off a 91-62 loss at East Carolina on Tuesday, where senior guard Alba Garcia led the way with 16 points and UTEP transfer Thelma Barbitch added 13 off the bench. CSU started strong, leading after the first quarter, but couldn't overcome ECU's 32-point second period.
 
Georgia Tech enters Thursday's contest 1-1 on the season, opening with a commanding win over Radford before dropping a close 67-61 decision to Princeton on Sunday. The Jackets return home for the second straight game as they look to get back in the win column.
