Rachel Gopalakrishnan found the back of the net early for her first collegiate score, and the Charleston Southern women's soccer earned a 1-1 road draw at Wofford on Sunday afternoon at Snyder Field.

The Buccaneers jumped in front in the 11th minute when Gopalakrishnan buried her first goal of the season with a left-footed strike from just inside the box. CSU kept the pressure on throughout the first half, generating 10 shots before the break while limiting the Terriers to just two.

Wofford equalized in the 75th minute as Julia Grier finished a cross from Ellie Gower to tie the match at 1-1. Both teams created late chances, but goalkeepers
