CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Charleston Southern women's basketball team continues Big South Conference play this week with a two-game stretch that features a road trip to the mountains before returning home to the Buc Dome. The Buccaneers open the week Wednesday night at UNC Asheville before hosting Gardner-Webb on Saturday afternoon.

CSU enters the week at 2-2 in league play following a hard-fought setback at Winthrop on Saturday. Junior guard Tyonna Bailey turned in one of the best performances of her career in the loss, posting a 30-point, 12-rebound double-double as the Buccaneers battled to the final minutes inside Winthrop Coliseum.

UNC Asheville returns home Wednesday night after splitting its last two conference contests, while Gardner-Webb visits Charleston riding momentum from a recent victory over USC Upstate.
