CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Charleston Southern women's basketball team delivered one of its most complete performances of the season Saturday afternoon, rolling past Presbyterian 88-62 inside the Buc Dome.

Tyonna Bailey led the way with 26 points and a career-high 13 rebounds, recording her third double-double of the season as the Buccaneers shot 55.8 percent from the field and led for 39:41 of game time. CSU never trailed and built its lead steadily across all four quarters.

Charleston Southern set the tone immediately, opening the game on an immediate 8-0 run. The Buccaneers shot 61.5 percent in the quarter and forced four early turnovers, building a 23-13 lead after 10 minutes. The Buccaneers extended control in the second quarter, matching their first-quarter output with another 23-point frame. Charleston Southern entered halftime with a commanding 46-27 advantage.

Presbyterian responded with its best offensive stretch after the break, scoring 22 points in the third. Charleston Southern stayed composed, matching energy with execution and adding 22 points of its own to maintain separation. CSU closed the game with another strong offensive showing, scoring 20 points in the final quarter. The Buccaneers shot 46.7 percent in the period and continued to control the paint and the boards, pushing the margin to as many as 29 points late before securing the 88-62 victory.
