RALEIGH, N.C. – Charleston Southern finished their three days at the Raleigh Relays on Saturday night. The Buccaneer fielded student-athletes in three events during the final day.
In the 200m dash,
Aden Price and
Laden Beckwith each won their heats and tied for tenth overall in the field of over 100 entrees. Their times were tied down to the thousandth of a second at 21.13 (21.124).
Brennan Johnson had a time of 22.26 and
Hunter Adams had a 23.13.
In the 800m,
Kaden Kleinhen was the top finisher for the Bucs as he had a time of 1:53.84 in the race. After him was
Collin Kleinhen in 1:54.71, the lone other entree in the race for CSU.
Tarrell Miles was the lone Buccaneer to compete at the Raleigh Relays in the field events on Saturday. He competed in the hammer throw and had a best mark on the day of 49.31m.
Charleston Southern will return to action next weekend for the Florida Relays. The meet hosted by the University of Florida will be competed from Friday, April 3 through Saturday, April 4 in Gainesville, Florida.
