2014: Posted best time of year, 29:27.2, at College of Charleston Cross Country Invitational en route to finishing 53rd in the field...Placed eighth in the two-meter at the Gamecock Invitational #2, running in 10:56.9...Took home a solid 26th place showing at the Will Wilson Citadel Invitational, thanks to a time of 30:04.0...Finished in 29:59.9 at the Big South Conference Cross Country Championships. 

High School: Ran under coach David Alfano at West Orange High School...Named all-conference and all-county as a junior and a senior...Ran in New Jersey State Meet of Champions with 4x400 team and helped West Orange win an N.J. State Sectional Championship in 2014...Career best-times of 49 seconds in 400-meter, 1:56 in the 800-meter, 4:34 in the 1600-meter and 16:58 in the 5k.
