High School

Joshua Bowers joins the CSU program from Columbia, S.C. where he was a four-time All-State honoree at Blythewood High School. Bowers took top honors in the 800m race at the 2017 South Carolina 5A State Track and Field Championships. He added top ten finishes in the 1600m race at the 2016 4A Track Championships and added a ninth place result in the 2015 South Carolina 4A State Cross Country Championship. Among his best marks include a 1:55.38 in the 800m, a 4:24.69 in the 1600m, and a 16:11 in the cross country 5K.
