• Started the season with a 14-point, 11-rebound double-double in the win then followed with 10 points versus Davidson Nov. 11 and 12 in a win over Columbia Dec. 15.

• Season-high four steals versus Erskine and played a season-high 28 minutes on the road at South Carolina State.
• Improved across the board in every statistical category with elevated playing time and a starting role as the center, helping the Bucs make a semifinal run.

• Connected on 52.7% of her field goal attempts and 36.8% of her free throw attempts

High School: Blackmon signed with CSU from Greenville, S.C. and Woodmont High School where she lined up at both post positions for Coach Melissa Lewis. She also played on the Columbia 76ers club team under Coach Wiley.

Blackmon averaged eight points per game and 10 rebounds per game over the course of her junior season. The 6-2 post player also shot 50 percent from the floor. She is a two-time All-Region selection and was named the Best Rebounder in both 2014 and 2015. Blackmon also lined up on the Woodmont volleyball team for two years.
