2024 Outdoor at Charleston Southern: Took third in the 400m hurdles running a personal best time of 1:00.68 in the finals for fifth-fastest in school history at the Big South Championships (5/6-8) ... Also scored in the 100m hurdles at the meet as she took 8th in the finals with a 14.62 (0.5) after running a personal best time of 14.46 (1.0) in the prelims ... The points scored from those events helped the Buccaneers take second place in the meet for the highest finish in program history and a program record of 231 points scored, just .5 points less than the conference's record for a runner-up ... Ended the regular season with a new career best at the time in the 400m hurdles with a 1:00.75 for 9th at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20) ... Recorded a personal best in the 400 at the Duke Invitational (4/11-13) with a 57.17 ... Opened the season by running a 1:01.60 at the Charleston Southern Invitational (3/15) for third and took another podium finish in the event claiming third at the Weems Baskin Invitational (3/22-23) with a time of 1:01.63.

2023 Outdoor at Charleston Southern:Â Named Big South Freshman of the Week (4/12) ... Raced at six meets during her debut outdoor season ... Ran a personal best time in the 400m hurdles at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/21-22) with a 60.80 to be 5th overall and record the 4th fastest time by a CSU runner in school history ... Opened the year with a victory in the 400m hurdles at the Charleston Southern Invitational (3/17) ... Finished 4th in the long jump at the meet as well.Â
2023 Indoor at Charleston Southern: Broke the school record in the indoor 4x400 meter relay at the South Carolina Invitational (2/3-4) with a time of 3:46.24 to finish in 3rd overall ... Was on the relay team at the Big South Championships (2/24-25) as well with the team taking 2nd at 3:47.01 ... Ran a career best in the 400 at the meet as well with a 57.30 to finish in 9th in the prelims ... Competed in the long jump for the first time and came in 9th at the conference meet with marks of 5.32m (17' 5.5").
High School: Originally from Paarl, South Africa and attended La Rochelle Girls HS ... Came to CSU after competing in all events that are 400m or less, including hurdle and jump events ... One of her best career performances came in the 400m hurdles as she recorded a time of 1:00.25 in April 2021 ... In the 400m open, she had a time of 56.45 in March 2021 for a career-best ... Also had personal best time of 12.72 in the 100m, 25.23 in the 200m, 14.52 in the 100m hurdles and 44.49 in the 300m hurdles ... Won the U18 South African Championships in 2019 in the 400m hurdles ...
