Anastasia Astakhova began as the graduate assistant for Women's Tennis following the completion of her playing career. She played four years at the collegiate level and spent her final year with the Buccaneers to introduce her to the program.
During her final spring, she played in five matches with CSU prior to a season-ending injury concluding her career. She picked up three singles victories and two doubles wins. Prior to arriving in Charleston, she was at Auburn for three years where she racked up a total of 12 career victories which included an 8-6 mark in doubles and 4-2 against SEC competition.
Astakhova will be completing her Master's degree in May of 2024.
