Gracie Fraizer started as the graduate assistant strength & conditioning coach in the summer of 2024. Currently with the Buccaneers she works with the men's and women's basketball programs along with the volleyball, softball, men's golf, women's golf and women's tennis programs. She received her NSCA CSCS in November of 2023 and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association member. In the winter of 2025, she was promoted to the role of Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning.

Prior to arriving at Charleston Southern, Frazier had spent the 2023 winter and 2024 spring as an intern in the Georgia Tech Strength and Conditioning department. She assisted with the Yellow Jackets' baseball, softball and men's golf programs. While she was there, she also worked as the Volleyball Strength and Conditioning Coach at Oglethorpe University where she designed and implemented all training programs for the sport.
Outside of sports, Frazier spent two years working as a campus representative with Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) where she oversaw, led and served at three different college campuses in the Atlanta area and began in this role following her undergraduate graduation. In this role, she planned and led events for fellowship, bible studies and mentor relationships while she started and cultivated relationships with coaches and students.

Additionally, she has spent time working with 25/8 Sports in Atlanta, Georgia as a softball instructor/performance coach as well as with COGI Athletics in Thomasville, Georgia.Â

Frazier graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a perfect 4.0 GPA in May of 2022. While she was there, she was a four-year member of the softball program. She served as the SAAC President and was the university's NCAA Woman of the Year nominee and received the EKU Athletic Director's Award at the end of her senior year.
