CHARLESTON, S.C. - Charleston Southern head softball coach Venus Taylor announced her Winter Hitting and Pitching Academy dates on Friday morning.

Taylor and the Bucs' coaching staff will be starting an eight-week Fall Hitting Academy on November 6 that will meet once a week on Monday nights from 6:30 – 8 p.m. The Academy will wrap up on January 29 at the CSU Softball Field. The academy will run on November 6 and 20, December 3, 11, and 18, and January 15, 22, and 29.

The eight-week Pitching Academy will also start on November 6 and will run through January 29. The pitching academy will also meet on Monday nights from 6 – 7 p.m. Pitchers are encouraged to bring their own catcher. The dates for the Pitching Academy are November 6 and 20, December 3 and 11, and January 15, 22, and 29.

Pricing for the Hitting and Pitching Academies:
Winter Hitting Academy: 4 weeks= $350, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Winter Pitching Academy: 8 weeks= $280, 6 – 7 p.m.
Limited spots available for both the Hitting and Pitching Academies
