CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern Athletics announced their partnership with the Hilton Garden Inn Summerville, Homewood Suites and Lowcountry Conference Center on Wednesday morning as the Official Hotel Partner of the Buccaneers.
 
Jason Russo, Director of Sales for the facility, said "Hilton Low Country Conference Center is committed to strengthening ties with local communities and industries. In doing so, we have established a partnership with Charleston Southern University as their Hotel of choice for teams and travelers to the Charleston area."

The group joined the Athletics family of corporate partners in the summer of 2023 and have served as the go-to destination for all official visits through the department as well as the event space for the Bucky's, the department's annual celebration of student-athletes. The visits have ranged from a place for staff and coaches to stay overnight during interviews to where recruits for the Buccaneers stay on official visits.
 
The facility was built in 2020 and features 250 hotel rooms, 15,000 feet of event space and is in the heart of Nexton. The venue is the perfect location to host weddings, reunions, business meetings and Galas for up to 600 people. Additionally, it can act as an extended stay option with a resort style pool and multiple on-site dining options.
 
All hotels offer continental breakfast, so guests can be fueled to cheer on their favorite Buccaneer teams.
