2014 Outdoor: Finished 6th in the 200-meter dash at the UNF Spring Break Invitational, running in 22.13 seconds...Part of 4x100 team that won the event at the UNF Spring Break Invitational...Placed 3rd in the 200-meter at the Palmetto Classic Track & Field Invitational.

2014 Indoor: Ran as part of 4x400 meter relay team that earned a 4th place showing at the Big South Championships, running in 3:23.34...Achieved a solid 4th place standing in the 60-meter dash at the Joe Hilton Invitational, running in 7.15 seconds.

2013 Outdoor: Set a career-best mark in the 100M with a time of 10.94 seconds and a 5thplace finish at the USC Gamecock Open (4/3).

2012-13 Indoor: Ran a career-best 6.68 seconds in the 55M to take 8th place at the Gamecock Indoor Invitational (2/16)…Enjoyed another career-best in the 60M at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/21-22) with a time of 7.07 seconds, good for 14th place.
High School: Ran for Coach John Strickland at Fayette County HS…his personal record was 10.58 in the 100m dash and 21.22 in the 200m dash, won the 4x100 relay at the AAU championships in Orlando, Fla. with a time of 41.10…2012 AAU All-American and Junior Olympic National Qualifier…2012 Georgia state finalist and 100m state runner-up… competed four years at high school level.
 

Personal: Son of Lori Ridley and Regal Phillips…plans to become a sports psychologist…favorite food is chicken & rice…favorite class is math…favorite book is the Bible…would like to visit Europe…favorite sports figure is Christian Taylor…biggest influence on his life is his dad…most cherished possession is a picture of him and his grandfather…would want to spend one day in history with his grandfather…word of advice is "there’s a thin line between good and great."
