Katelyn Norris signs with the Buccaneers by way of The Kings Academy in Knoxville, Tennessee. Throughout her career as a Lion, Norris recorded a .464 batting average and knocked in 70 of her teammates for runs batted in. Norris also swiped 67 bases in her career and tallied 10 doubles with four home runs. She was named All District, All Region and to the All-State Tournament Team.
Daughter of Shane and Jennifer Norris, Katelyn plans to major in graphic design.
- Finished the season with a .226 batting average with 19 hits in 84 at-bats
- Recorded one double and one triple
- Drove in five RBI and scored a team-high 20 runs
- Drew 12 walks and connected on two sacrifice hits
- Was a perfect 6-for-6 in stolen base opportunities
