CHARLESTON, S.C. – Charleston Southern women's tennis put a cap on its fall tournament schedule with one singles win and two in doubles at the College of Charleston Halloween Invitational Sunday afternoon at Patriots Point.
SINGLES
Noa Boyd captured the lone Buccaneers singles triumph, handing College of Charleston's Peyton Brotzman a 6-1, 6-1 setback.
DOUBLES
Two full doubles pairings also picked up victories, including
Tiffany Pyritz and
Zoe Cauthen knocking off Samford's Rouxanne Janse Van Rensburg and Alexis Lopez by a 6-4 score.
Madalina Man and
Amila Jusufbegovic used a tiebreaker to hold off the Bulldogs' Samantha Nanere and Lindsay Song 7-6 (5).
Boyd was a member of a mixed tandem with Coastal Carolina's Paola Landin and they earned a 6-2 win against Samford's Christiana Hornigold and Alonna Wood.

With the fall complete, the Bucs will turn their attention to the spring dual-match slate. A full schedule will be announced at a later date.
