CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Charleston Southern men's golf team is back on the links this weekend as the Buccaneers make the trip to the Furman Golf Club for the 51st Annual Furman Intercollegiate held in Greenville, S.C.
The Bucs will take on the 18-team field in the three-day event. The first two rounds will consist of a morning and afternoon wave of teams taking the course, while Sunday's final round will feature a 9 a.m. shotgun start.

It's been a three-week hiatus for the Buccaneers since they last hit the course at The Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate. The Bucs finished seventh overall in the field as CSU made strides over the final round to move back into contention.
Tyler Beeck and Jake Carter both finished among the top-30 individuals in the field to continue a strong spring for the duo, while Alan Smith, Ben Carroll, and Parker Jones continued their steady play under the helm of head coach Jason Payne. Beeck and Carter have paced this Bucs this season on the year as both enter the weekend with a 70.66 stroke average on the season, while Carroll is slightly behind with a 72.83 average on the year.
The Bucs are rounding into form at the right time with just two more events prior to the 2021 Big South Conference Championships on April 18-21.
