BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Charleston Southern women's tennis earned its second road victory of the season, topping Campbell 5-2 in Big South play. The win marks 13-straight regular season conference victories in a row for the Buccaneers.   
 
The match started with Charleston Southern (8-3, 4-0 Big South) taking the doubles point after finding victories at slots two and three. Luiza Fullana and Laura Marti took a 6-4 decision and Madalina Man and Khyanna Singh stood tall with a 7-5 decision. The first doubles flight went unfinished after CSU clinched the point.
 
Singles went the way of the Bucs as well, as Campbell (5-7, 1-1 Big South) took points at number two singles and number three singles. Fullana held strong as Noa Boyd, Singh and Amila Jusufbegovic followed suit.
 
Charleston Southern's win Monday evening moves the overall series to 17-12 in favor of the Bucs, including the last two meetings going the way of CSU.
 
The Bucs now turn their focus back over to the non-conference side of things as they play host to Rhode Island, marking the first time the two sides have clashed. The action is set for a 11:00 a.m. start at the Gary Clark Banks Sr. Tennis Center.
