Bucs Finish Regular Season Strong in Columbia

Three Bucs topped the podium in the regular season's final meet. Mason Raasch, Jordan Smith, and Holden Gerth on Friday in a strong showing for CSU ahead of the conference championships.

Sprints/Hurdles

Charlie Easler ran his new personal best 400m time of 52.74. Matthew Eaton was the only other CSU sprinter in action, running 24.72 in the 200m.

Jumps

Holden Gerth won the high jump with his new personal best mark of 2.00m, which moves him up to fifth in the CSU records.

Throws

Michael Calhoun moved up to sixth in the weight throw with a new personal best mark of 17.09m. He finished second in Friday's meet.

Distance

The Buccaneers claimed both the mile and 3K races on Friday. Mason Raasch won the mile with a time of 4:16.97 and Max Blader finished in a close second at 4:19.82. Jordan Smith won the 3K with his time of 8:28.68.

Up Next

The Bucs head north to Blacksburg, Virginia for the Big South Indoor Championships next weekend. The action starts on Friday, February 24th.
