2014 Outdoor: Set a career-high in the hammer throw with a 43.78 meter effort at the Big South Championships, earning fourth place...Achieved a career-best 35.97 throw in the discus at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting...Won the shot put at both the Palmetto Classic Track & Field Invitational and the Charlotte 49er Classic, with respective throws of 13.00 and 13.76 meters.
2014 Indoor: Set a career-high in the shot put at the Big South Championships, throwing 14.13 meters to take third place...Finished second in the shot put at the Tar Heel Opener with a distance of 13.76 meters...Placed third in the shot put in first event of the season, the Joe Hilton Invitational, with a throw of 13.77 meters.
2013 Outdoor: Won the shot put at the Palmetto Classic (3/8) and finished 2nd at the UNF North Florida Invitational (3/30)…Finished 3rd in the shot put at the Big South Outdoor Track & Field Championships (4/18-20) with a throw of 13.72 meters.
2013 Indoor: Posted a season best 13.90 meter throw in the shot put at the Wake Forest Invitational (1/19) to finish 3rd…Earned a 3rd place standing in the shot put at the Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships.
2012 Outdoor: Placed 19th in the USA Track & Field Junior National Championships in shot put with a throw of 12.93m. Distance of 14.34m was good for third in the shot put at the Big South Conference meet. Set personal best in discus throw at the Best Western/University of North Florida Invitational, her 35.46m good for 15th at the meet ... 38.66m in hammer throw was a season best (good for 29th at UNF) ... eighth in shot put (12.79m). At the Weems Baskin Invitational (Columbia, S.C.), logged a distance of 37.28m in the hammer throw, good for 39th. Placed t-second in shot put (12.78m), eighth in discus throw (34.14m), and tenth in hammer throw (37.13m) at the Palmetto Classic.
2012 Indoor: At the Big South Championships, placed fourth in shot put (13.43m) and tied for tenth in weight throw (15.34m). Registered a 12.21m shot put to place 15th, and 13.95m was good for 26th in the weight throw at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson. Had the sixth-best shot put at the Virginia Tech Invitational (13.33m) and placed 28th in weight throw (12.52m)
